Corrections welcome. Order questions belong with the seller.
Order problems go to the seller, not to us. We cannot see your order, change it, cancel it, track it or refund it. Billing shows up on your statement under BuyGoods (checkout), and BuyGoods (checkout) is the only party that can act on it. Start at the refunds and returns page, which has the seller's contact route and what to have ready.
What this inbox is for
- Factual corrections. A price, a bundle size, a guarantee length or a window start date that no longer matches the seller's page. Include the figure you saw and a link; these get fixed first.
- Missing detail. If you have found the full NerveCalm label, an ingredient panel or terms that the seller does not publish on the funnel, send it. Documented facts replace the "not published" notes on the overview page.
- Something unclear. If a passage reads as a health claim, or as advice, tell us which sentence. That is a writing fault worth correcting.
- Legal and rights notices. Trademark, copyright or takedown matters.

Email hello@nervecalm.golazzy.com. Corrections are usually handled within two business days; general questions can take longer. There is no phone line and no live chat, and there is no postal address to publish, because this is a small publishing operation, not a dispensary.
What we will not answer
We are not clinicians and will not play one by email. Questions of the form "will this interact with my prescription", "should I stop taking X", "is this safe at my age" or "how much should I take for my condition" need someone who can see your records; a pharmacist will usually answer the interaction question free of charge, and faster than we could. We also will not pass messages to the seller, estimate delivery dates or comment on an order we cannot see.
If you are the brand
Rights holders and manufacturers are welcome to write. If something here is inaccurate, send the correct figure with a source and it gets changed. If you would like a claim added, it needs to appear on a page we can cite. We do not publish claims on request, and we do not remove accurate information because it is unflattering.
Privacy of what you send
Mail sent to the address above is read by a person and kept only as long as the matter is open. It is not added to any list, not used for marketing and not passed to the seller or to BuyGoods (checkout). Please do not include health details, order numbers, card digits or anything else you would not want sitting in an inbox; we do not need them to fix a price. The privacy policy covers the rest.
